  Deposit at time of Booking - $200.00

  Hall must be paid in Full, two weeks prior to the rental Date.
  Please, nothing allowed on our walls
  Doors must be kept closed during Rental, this includes the Bi - Lo Store Side
  Nothing jammed under door to keep open
  Please tell Decorator to use ladder and NOT our tables to stand on. (Ladders available)
  Our Contracted Cleaner will inspect the Kitchen and Hall by 5pm Sunday.
  If the Hall passes inspection, you deposit will be mailed to you by our Treasurer.
